生活仍然处于调整时期，预计下个星期就能初步进入状态。
My college’s routine life is still adapting time，I estimate i must going in right life。

不知道自己怎么了，这段时间自己的神经紧张程度极高。
I don’t understand what happen，I am nerve in thistime。

下午看书的时候，思想老开小差。
My idear is run away other place in this afternoon。

脑海里的东西，不知不觉的就往家里面的那些矛盾走了。
My brain show some picture about My family problem，when I cann’t control it。

就这样的性格和思维习惯，从小达到就有。
I have this thinking habit and some bad character when I am child。

有些时候，极大的影响到了自己的学习和做事的效率。
Sometimes，it is very hateful habit；because of it affect my effective studing。

要想彻底的提高学习效率，还得从这些最本质的原因入手。
If I wanna level up my effect，I need change my habit。

思维总是不受控制的跑，这样在今后的生活中很容易造成重大失误。
The brain is not controled at sometime，I will geting some large worry in futrue。
